Therefore, the adsorption strength between the binder and the abrasive grains cannot be improved. The increase in the strength of the heavy-duty grinding wheel cannot be guaranteed. In order to improve the strength of the heavy-duty grinding wheel, a method closer to the proposed method in terms of process is to mix the abrasive particles, wetting agent and binder when manufacturing the abrasive, and then immediately molding and hot pressing.
